Mom came to visit again...

Not sure what or why...haven't figured that out yet.
I was just entering town, and stopped to fill up the tank with gas before I went to run my errands. There was a huge flock of winter wrens (What mom always called a Jenny wren, one of her favorite birds) flitting about the roof of the station and the neighboring hotel.
As I'm standing in the cold next to my car...one of the little birds comes and purches on the top of the tank across from me. It just keeps looking and chirping at me. Not an angry sort of shirp but more like a trying to tell me something chirp. Still trying to understand what she wanted to tell. Maybe next visit will clear it all up. All I know for sure is that it was 2 months to the day and hour that her memorial was. Maybe thats all it was.
I miss you too Mom, and I love you. Happy Holidays.

Mom will move to better places but she may be waiting for you to move on too, so cheer up because her spirit lives in you as well.

Hi Redd... I forgot you just lost your mom too... I too have frequent signs from my parents that let me know they are around... Be open to the signs and just glide through the holidays. My Mom hasn't walked comfortably for the past 2 or 3 years and I had a dream about her the other night she was dressed in white and she was laughing at me running up a huge staircase... I don't know what it means for sure but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out. Here on Earth: We have been so over the top with the estate stuff and moving Moms things that I haven't had time to grieve. My brothers have issues. I just don't have time to just remember and just be part of the universe. I am here with you knowing how lonely you are these days. Its just plain weird being Motherless... I hadn't quite gotten used to the idea that my strong brave Father was gone. I am not trying to steal your thunder here... just wanted you to know how sorry I am that you have to endure the holidays with a vacant chair at your table. God bless and love to you Ree
