poetry pain

well here i am again sitting on my own, looking at an empty chair as hubby is not home. I had to call an ambulance, i didn't know what to do, as all his medication just wasn't getting through. If i could have it once so not to hear him yell, my heart and soul to the Devil himself i would surely sell. It really takes it out of him with many sleepless nights, just glad he is a strong man that wont give up the fight. I feel so bloody useless as there's nothing i can do, now i know i'm not the only one as you must feel that too. Im not sure why i'm writting this as i should be alseep, but with hubby in the hospital i just want to weep. Maybe they will find a cure to take away this pain, so we can have normallity in our life again. If it's on the outside people see your pain, but this one hides itself inside and drives us all insane. There is no more i can do now, apart from sit and wait, i'm praying for the pain to go and bring back my soul mate. I'ts not often that i moan at life or wallow in self pitty, but this moster called a cluster head is really really sh***y.

Good job! I am so sorry you have to wait there by yourself. Do you have a girl friend or family member to either come and sit with you or stay with the little ones long enough for you to go to your husband? I know the not knowing is hell.

Mrs delts, soo many here are feeling your pain, dear. I am so sorry! I'm glad to see you have the ability to express yourself! Somehow, it is cathartic. Please know, you have friends to help you here 24/7. Kayar is right, please dont think you must be alone. If I may, I will remind you LIFE is what is lived outside the hits, and THAT's what counts. Continue to be your husband's strongest support, read, read read all that infor on your left-often, something there has not been tried as yet. Meantime, it sounds like Mr Delts is very lucky to have you. I encourage you to get some rest tonight. You can be of no help to him tomorrow if you've not rested. Please, keep your strength up, and when he is not in such pain, please take time to discuss the hits....ie:what CAN you do to help. He may tell you the only thing you can do is leave him alone. Br proud of yourself when you are actually capable of this. You ARE helping him....letting him be alone....with you close enough to help of necessary. Please keep us posted Cathi

Hi hon, oh I am sorry, I know how tough it is to have to stay home with the family when you want to go too.. it's shitty and you're quite right Don't worry, between us all we'll get him sorted for christmas for you so that if nothing else he has abortives that work.. it WILL be a good Christmas, I'm promising you and I don't do that unless I'm sure it can be delivered I've told your hubby on another thread to get in touch with Ben UK, he is very local to you and will help you with o2 and show you how to use it properly for best effect. As I have said, I can abort in 5-7 minutes using my clustermasx and you really can't knock that! Take care of you too okay? Promise me?!! Love Helen XX

Great poem Mrs. Delts. Cathi's post perfectly said it all so I won't even try. Read hers a couple of times so it really sinks in PF vibes to Mr. Delts, and peace to you. Jen

I often think we get a better deal (which sounds ridiculous I know) but at least when we're getting hit we're busy trying to ride out the pain - its all consuming.... To be a supporter and have to deal with that feeling of helplessness must be so difficult. Having to watch a loved one in pain I really feel for you and hope your hubby gets some proper relief soon. Btw that was a great poem albeit sad. Take good care of yourself, Kate

Don't ever forget to take care of you!!!!!! I appreciate my wife more than anything and the battles she has gone through dealing with me having CH. Every once in a while, I'll just set up a day at the spa for her to rejuvinate and be treated like the queen she is. Time you had a day without having to think about it. He'll be fine. We all are! E
