How come people rarely ask me how I am?
Are they just inconsiderate? Or do they just not give a flying fuck how I am?
No vibes or hugs or responses or any of that other shit.
Just wondering what the fuck is wrong with me that people, especially the people closest to me, don't bother to ask how I am...

I am not (after the fact) going to ask you how you are.... reasons being, that usually if there is any degree of serious trouble, you as the rest of us come here and tell us directly "how you are". Not to mention the fact that you know you can call us anytime if there is something troubling you.
It is less that we don't care or are being in considerate, however, as you know, life is challenging for us all and we all have things in our lives that occupy a large part of our time... I consider it a general "rule" that if something is amiss in your life, you will let us know directly.
That being said, I hope all is well and if you need to speak to me or Woobs you are more than welcome to call us (you oughtta know that by now)
