Happened to me once as well. Went to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs. The rest is history. RJ

Is it telling you your username or password is bad or is it saying the servers were not available? I was getting server unavailable message earlier, but am on now. Give it a few and then go back and try again.

If what Gator suggested doesn't work, try uninstalling msn messenger then reinstalling it. "Disassemble Stephani! DISASSEMBLE!" Carl

Try getting and installing Gaim. If Gaim doen't work either then you know it isn't a local problem. It could then be a problem with the MSN servers in your area, or something wrong with your username/password, or even an internet connection problem blocking the ports MSN messenger uses. Opus/Paul

Hey Kimmie..... whenever my messenger won't work - and i need to get to my email - you can always just open a browser and type in www.hotmail.com - and then get your email that way with your username and password. Sometimes, it does that to me...... and I cant get the messenger - but atleast I can get my email that way... tina
