Awwww come on -- you know you do... It's the weekend - we can feel sorry for ourselves on weekends  . Sorry you're feeling puny. Wish I could give you a couple of my goofy pills. They make everything so much better. Haven't felt this goofy in a long time. Just as long as I don't move my leg I feel just wonderful.
But I'm gonna give you some sympathy anyhow whether you want it or not

Sorry yer feelin lousey !! Which med would be causeing the nausia ? I jus wonder'd cuz me and nausia do NOT mix well and I like to add that med to my list of NEVER DO IT AGAIN stuff. I spent an entire year nausiated when I stopped takein paxil after 2 1/2 years and all sorts of things got screw'd up. That was a bad time....woke up feeling like I had a hangover and didn't even drink at all or go anywhere. There's an over the counter liquid that is supposed to work for nausia. I also inheritied vertigo (thanks maw) and used to jus last a few days but now I get the nausia. I don't get it very often thank goodness but had it twice this fall already. Nothin like watchin the floor try to catch up with the ceiling bone cold sober. Dizzy dazed Pam

No you don't need sympathy, you need meds to help with the meds that relieve ch but that will help control some of the side effects!
The natural things that will help with the nausea, heartburn and stomachache is charcoal - get it from your braai/barbeque/coal fire or it is available in tablet form - but eat lots or chew on a piece of ginger root, you can also mix a half cup of plain yoghurt with a tsp of honey and a pinch of cardamom powder. For the temp you can use ice packs (will help with the CH) and/or Belladonna (please don't plant this and use it, it is poisonous!) but it comes as a homeopathic med in the form of Tonsolite, I think by Herbacare in tablet form wich you cannot overdose on easily or the safer way is Chamomile tea.
Hope you feel better soon but glad the CH is at least gone for a spell!
