Hey, it's my boyfriend's, Junglebrian's, 30th birthday on Friday, and I seem to have lost the recipe for carrot cake, which is his favorite. Can anybody help me? Thank you!

I don't have a carrot cake recipe, but something close enough... - 6-8 slightly overweigh lizzards - 2 Eggs - 1/4 cup of milk - 2 cups of flour - 1 cup of water. Chop the live lizzards heads, then chop then really fine... Have you heard of Google??? INGREDIENTS: 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon allspice 4 eggs 2 cups white sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil 2 cups grated carrots 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup raisins ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------- DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 10x15x2 inch baking dish or 10 inch Bundt pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In a separate larger bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla by hand. Stir in the oil; the mixture should resemble pudding. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in the carrots, pineapple coconut, walnuts and raisins. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and spread evenly. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a small knife inserted into the cake comes out clean. Note: Feel free to omit the coconut, walnuts, or raisins as your taste buds suit you. However, getting rid of the pineapple will take away from the moisture of the cake.

MMMMMMM Lizard Heads. How about this one. Another not so carrot cake recipe. Best Rum Cake Ever Ingedients 1 teaspoon sugar 2 bottles rum 1 cup dried mixed fruit 2 cups brown sugar 1 teaspoon soda 1 cup butter 2 large eggs 1/2 cup baking powder 1 ounce lemon juice 1/2 pound mixed nuts Before starting, sample the rum to check quality. It must be just right. To be sure rum is of proper quality, pour level cup of rum into a glass and drink it as fast as you can. Repeat. With electric mixer, beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add 1 seaspoon of thugar and beat again. Meanwhile, make sure rum is still OK all right. Try another cup. Open second bottle, ifffxx necessary. Sample rum again. Next, sift 3 cups pepper of salt, really doesn't matter. Sample rum. Sift 1/2 pint lemon juice. Fold in chopped butter and strained nuts. Add a bablespoon of brown thugar, or whatever color you can find. Wix mel. Greese oven. Turn cake pan to 350 degrees. Pour mess into boven and ake. Check rum and go to bed.

I'm still stuck on your Boy turning 30, and the Best thing you can think to give him is a Carrot Cake! Holey Moley. At 40 he gets Fiber Wafers, and a Prune Danish when he's 50? Bugger that. The man will appreciate your thinking in terms of Real Estate. Get _Lots_ While You're Young. RJ

| I bought him Dave Matthews tickets a few months ago, that was his birthday present. So, I'm broke, so he's getting a carrot cake, which he loves.

| KOP, you saying that raisins shouldnt be in carrot cake is a direct cross to the big dude upstairs. You ever hear of intelligent design? Well, Bro, just FYI, God made carrot cake with raisins. In the modern age we live in, its tough to find carrot cake in its natural state, but I've seen them: acres of fresh ripe carrot cakes growing in fields. All of them had raisins, cause thats how god made them. BMonee

Bmonee you are so wrong. The only reasons their are raisins in freshly growing carrot cakes is cos raisins are really rabbit poo. KOP is right.. keep that shit out of my carrot cake!

Gotta beaut recipe for you but it doesn't need carrots so much as punkin. Also, it's a scone rather that a cake. http://www.abc.net.au/canberra/stories/s1165618.htm Anyone who likes carrot cake will enjoy this immensely and the chef's qualifications are beyond question. Don't you worry about that. Best of Aussie cuisine, Brian.
