Hey all. I am falling really low. I am scared and can't snap out. Want to truely I do just don't know how. 
Afraid to tell hubby how low I am heck afraid to tell you all as well. I can't breath I can't make it stop. A lump in my throat a tear in my eye. Ok gotta stop or else I just might cry.

Hey, hang in there... Do you have a close friend or family member that you can call and talk to? Is there someone around that you can do something nice for? If it's severe enough, can you get an appointment with your doctor?

Hey Kim, just keep thinking that your neuro appt. is a little over 3 weeks away. He is going to help you! We are all here for you. And I also think it would do you good to go to DavCon. That would definitely lift your spirits and you would get to meet tons of great people. Just a thought. Hang in there kid, we're with ya in the fight.

I'm alright, I'm ok. You were all right yesturday got started out in a bad way. Its just the darned old head is all. Sorry that it spilled out on to here but am glad that you were all here to help me get through.

Kim,
If you are feeling that badly , and that's OKAY, it might be time to see a professional counselor. It can be a huge help. You may be feeling better right now, but please read what you wrote... you'll see it for yourself.
We all have low points and this place is wonderful for support which is vital to help us feel better....counselors are not support groups, they help in a different way in person. You might need both. It doesn't hurt to make a few phone calls to see what is available to you.

And we are all here for you too. Ready to hold you up when you feel you can't anymore- we will. If you want to rant and and scream and let it out, go ahead and do that too. cuz sometimes, it takes that to get past the shit ch deals.
