I messed up on emailing the nominees forms to Nani and accidently left off BobP's form. I only realised when I just checked the OUCH website and saw a post about it so I am really sorry Bob and everyone else.
Nani is away this weekend so I don't know if it can be added or not, I've asked but here is his page anyway so no one misses out on it. I'll be starting a new topic about it too in case not everyone checks back to this one.

What made you want to get involved with OUCH? The excitement of finally finding people who understood what clusters are and wanting to do something to help all of us (plus the ego boost and I'm a control freak).
