If you one the lottery, what would you do with it? I'd start some businesses like a record store chain, music equipment center.... keep the money flow generating. I also know alot of peeps who need alot of help. It would be great to be able to provide it. I'd give a sizeable amount to Clusterheadache research, OUCH, MD Association, veterans and families, etc. Maybe buy some land and build some nice homes and call it "Clusterville" for anyone wishing to relocate to be closer to family... Start a record label, buy a classic powder blue '68 VW Bug, and change my name to Johnny Bravo! Jack Whittakker, who won the single largest powerball in history did a great thing: He started an organization for a time that he provided the funds for, where needy people could apply for assistance with whatever their needs were and he helped a great deal of folks. That was evidence that the guy didn't just have money, but a heart of gold. Oh yeah. I'd also hire Van Halen to play my next birthday party - with David Lee Roth on vocals!!!!!!!! WITH ICE SCULPTURES! ROTF! What would YOU do if you won the powerball? From Potter's Field, Mackster

What would I do with the money? Pay off my student loans...pay off my medical bills. Purchase a modest home, put the taxes in escrow for the next 40 years. Both kids college educations would be paid, (books and tuition only they can learn the lesson of working their way out of the dorms). Set up yearly donations to OUCH and the rest in investments to cover the slack as I start my business as a personal chef. Hey a gal can dream can't she?

| There is an org yet today that does this. It's called Modest Needs. I've donated to them in the past when I had the funds. It will help with immediate needs up to $1000 only once in a 30 day period. They are very thourough in investigating fraud cases, and all donations come from the private sector. Can be anything from emergency auto repairs, to utility assistance. Food assistance. It's a good thing for those who fall on temporary hard times.

I told my niece if I ever had the money I will put her through college and set her up. She said "I don't wanna go to college. Why would I want to do something crazy like that after HIGH SCHOOL?" "Not even for music?" "Oh now that would be really cool!" No wonder I'm her fave uncle. CD

Sorry- but you all are too late- I am holding the winning ticket. Dave and I will fly to London England where we will purchase the resources of Dr. Goadsby and any and all colleagues he chooses to invite to study Dave's head for a cure for the rest of you. If that idea fails, then I'm going directly to Bob Seger and buying his head so that Dave will look the same- After that, I am going to have me some fun modified to add: and learn how to make my dang ticker at the bottom of my screen work right

I bought my token $1.00 of quick pick already. If I won........ My boss would find out about it after several days of wondering where in the hell I am and then reading about it in the paper. I wouldn't even come back to clean out my desk. MY wife and I would definately retire on the spot. We'd buy a nice travel coach and try to camp in every state at least once while our new 15,000 square foot home is getting built in one of the southern states.

If I had that amount of money, I'd book ticket to travel all over to visit my dear clusterpals, of course! And I'd donate money to charity. I would buy myself a nice place to live and decorate it. Then I would give myself a year off after I graduate in the spring to write my first novel. The rest I would save for the future. Sanna

Well, if I won this, I'd cash the check and move to Zimbabwe. I'd end up owning the country, become the king, but more important, avoid a major IRS fuckfest!

If I won that money I would just save it. Put it away for an rainy day sort of thing. Ye see, I was raised in a very poor family. I was taught to save, anything and everything, just in case it was need later. Very poor. Everyone in our household was poor. My daddy was poor. My momma was poor. My 7 brothers and 6 sisters and me was poor. The 1st floor maid was poor, the upstairs staff could barely get by. Momma even had to let her driver go one year. And the butler was poor. Even my dog was poor. Yeah, I'd save it.
