CH People, friends and family I need your help.
I'm going through a real bad patch with the devil this time. Can't get meds and abortives don't work.
Crossing the border to South Africa tomorrow to see a new doc. Awhile ago someone posted a card/letter that we can give to our docs or at ER with Ch information and the meds we've been on before.
I've looked through the archives but can't find it but maybe someone can remember where it is?

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
