Thanks to you all out there for your replies and encouragement.
This last week, just coming on here and reading info and lots of your laughing and joking between eachother has already made an incredible difference to me. Ok, yes the pain is still shit, but now the beast has a name and I have a picture of him in my head, each time he punches me I feel determined to bash him back and win the game. I think my partner thinks I have gone a bit batty, but who cares, between the battles I am smiling 
Think I shall enjoy being around you guys. Thanks for being here.
