What does it taste like? NOTHING like chicken ... Haha.
It definately has a beef sort of texture, and a SLIGHTLY and I mean VERY slight hint of the "gamey" taste of venison. But it is a very unique and GOOD flavor.
Or maybe Bente is just a damn good cook. So far, everything has been good. Maybe a combination of good cooking and good tasting meat.
Chuck, who is going to be VERY fat by the time he waddles onto the return flight ...
