I finally got to see Ethan this morning after he was born last night at 9:31pm. He weighed 6lbs 14oz and was 19 inches long. Mom and baby are doing great! He is absolutely lovely....

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

Actually, no, it's my brother-in-laws . He and his fiance will be married in the spring next year. When we went to see her in the hospital, it was just her and Ethan there for the moment, hence the mom & baby doing great.

I forget what the normal healthy ones look like sometimes!
I've become the adopted big sister of my little dooooooooods in the NICU.....twins weighing 1.0 and 1.1 kilograms. That equals like...2 pounds or so. I love my buggers....even when they make me nutso....like today.
Nuthin more precious in this world than a baby....
