Closing on First House........

@ 4pm today!!!!!!!!
I never ask for jack CHit here so I am doing so now 
Fingers crossed ok 
We already nearly lost it last week when someone dropped the ball  and had to come up with more $$$.
That's NY $$ if ya can get the feel.
So if all goes well Joanna and I will be the owners of our first house today!
Been a rough summer as many of you know and I need this shit to happen.
My thoughts are always on others but today they are all on my wife and I 
PF wishes to all!
