I have approximately 50 backpacks filled with school supplies. The relief effort up here at Otis Air Base is sort of in limbo. Suggestions for a donation?

Hey Don, That is great of you! I know that the schools here in Texas are opening their doors to students who have been affected by the hurricane. I would imagine that there must be someone around here that can give them to students... Jill

Don, I don't know about Edna or any of the rest, but I jsut talked to the Union Parish School board and they could use about 10 back packs or so. Lincoln Parish School board said they could use the rest. If you can get them down here to me, I will see that they get delivered. Check your pm for my addy and cell phone #. 'darlin

I will check with some shippers to see ifd they will pick up the freight for packing and shipping to the school boards. They are each filled with school supplies so they are heavy.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
