Hello all.
Apologies for not checking in much over the last month. House... work... cruise... time is a mess.
House is still not done. The last 10% takes forever.
Spent the last few days tracking down missing wires... boxes in the walls that the drywallers covered over and such. Man... what a pain in the ass. Thank the maker for line tracers.

Did a cruise last week... 16 of us went on a 5 day retirement party for a client I have worked with off & on for the last 15 years. Tampa to Cozumel. Had an amazing time. The hurricane fvcked us... had to change out return port to Ft Lauderdale... hosed our return flights.

LOL got to hate the carpenters. I had a job where I sent some men to cut in a panel, but they couldn't find it, it seems the carpenters buried the whole thing. The fun part is if they left and buried boxes and did not return to find them I got to punch holes in the walls until I found them. Of course this wasn't my house. Hope the finishing goes well.
