Actually for some it's a trigger....

this, combined with the new orleans disaster really makes me think that life is fairly cruel. of course, the CH crap doesn't help either.

Seriously, on the old board, it was mentioned several times. There is a strong circulatory component to CH and there is certainly one to erections. For me and others, things that draw blood to other areas, exercise, or fun stuff like sex can have an effect. One of my favorites was a guy who got relief by standing barefoot on a cool concrete floor. That makes perfect sense to me anyway.

I have heard that it can stop shadows, but being married I am not able to  test this. There are a few threads on the med board about it, do a seach.
