It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

For all of you who don't understand the whole midget thing I can help, Don just filled me in. When Jonny was at the circus watching the clowns, a pack of midgets asked him if he wanted some cotton candy. He said yes very happily and they led him to where they kept the monkeys. Then the midgets forced their man hood on him. It was painful he said, but it's been midget love ever since. Don are you sure this is the way it really happened? Sean..............................
