I can Not Find a Bright side tonight!

I can usually find the bright side of things, but right now all I see is darkness. My dad died 5 months ago today. It wasn't the best day for me today. For my whole family it was a crappy day. Then I get a phone call from my daughter she wants her daughter to come live with us.
No way would I turn that child down. Then I go get the mail and what besides bills is in my mail box.
A letter from IRS saying we owe them $4,476 from our 2003 tax. I know tomorrow is another day. I swear I can't think clear these days. To much to fast. I am paying hard for God to show me a bright side. Just a little light would be nice. I just want tO rest, sleep. Sleep isn't something I have done a lot of between clusters and hot flashes. I just so damn tired.
OK I am complaining about life. Figure I can every now and then. Then tonight it stormed and I bet all my turnip seeds were washed away.

Thanks For the prayers. I am sure God will hear them.
Losing my Dad has been really hard on me. I can usually move forward. Since Dad died its been kind of bad for me. Its kind of like weights being placed on you and that weight was just to heavey and every thing after that just gets heaver.
I believe in Prayers and I belive in God and his word. He won't give me more than I can handle.

As for the loss of your dad. Mine's been gone 23 yrs now. A week after he died, I was still in pain, grieving, missing him.....and even a month later.....then 6 months..... I began to look for him everywhere I went.
I cannot tell you when it happened, everyone has their own timeline, but slowly, the loss....that hole in my life was replaced with warm memories that somehow helped me heal. It will happen to you, and at that point, you will know he never left you. He is ALWAYS with you, E.
Now, if that helps, this last little bit should be spectacular.....TELL THE IRS TO EAT YOUR TURNIP SEEDS!
Oh, and, love your granddaughter..it's all we can do!
We'll be in touch soon, E....meanwhile, take good care!

I thought about you all day today. I am getting ready to go to bed and it seems I have so many thanks to give and so many prayers for those in need. My thoughts are with you. Love your granddaughter to pieces - maybe she is Gods way of helping you heal. The young ones are such an inspiration and bring so much hope into our lives. Enjoy her to the fullest - share your memories with her about your father so she will carry on his legacy as well, have her help you make a photo album/scrap book of him and you and her. It's a great way to keep the memories alive and a wonderful way to spend time with your granddaughter.
I agree as well about doing something nice for yourself. Now, I don't know if you are a girly-girl or not but I LOVE to get manicure and pedicure. It is fabulous. If that's not your cup of tea go get a massage - guaranteed to make you feel like a big wet noodle!  Oh and tell the IRS to stuff it - we all want to I nominate you as our spokesperson!

I finally got out of bed, I searched those sheets for the money and couldn't find it LOL.
I did find $1,500 I can get off my credit card LOL. Only leaves close $3,000 more to go. Either way you look at it we are in deep shit LMAO. We been in deep shit before. It will all work out.
Like I told Jimi the wind is blowing but it will end, when it does, things will be out of place but most things can be rebuilt.

I don't know when things will be better for me about my Dad. You would think with all the deaths of family members and friends, and beloved animals, that I would be numb to it. It seems like the more the worst it gets.
If I have ever wondered why about anything, Why not me instead of them. They all had so much more to offer this world than me. Its not mine to know only Gods. I go on, i am sure it will get better. It took me many years to cry for my granddaughter. It just happen sitting around talk with a good friend. It takes time I know.
Friends thank you for the letters the calls and the prayers it means a lot. Sorry I vented. Its so easy to vent here than to Buddy and others it would upset.
