Our friend Kirk: Update Sept 11

Is in the hospital, he went in last Thursday for a hip replacement. That went real well, and he was expecting to get out tomorrow. Last night, he had a massive heart attack. He is in the Cardiac intensive care unit. They are taking good care of him, but he's still having some pain and shortness of breath. I talked to him this morning, and he's in fairly good shape, considering.
I know it's driving him crazy being in the hospital, so would you all please send your thoughts to him. I know he'd appreciate it. He doesn't have his laptop, so he can't get online, but he will have one real soon. 
I know he misses the board here. He'll be back on as soon as he can.
Thanks so much. I would never ask, but he really can use our support.
