I'll have you know that my great, great, great Grandfather (Runs with big dick) of the Bend over branch of the Comeandgetme tribe smoked the sacred weed long before Oklahoma was a State. This grandfather clause is granted to all decendants 1/164 th or more of the tribe. This means that I can smoke the sacred weed anywhere anytime under Federal Law.
