Too late. *sigh* But I'm never going to stop trying to quit. I'll be making another run at it again, soon. This is only a temporary setback.

Thanks, Charlie. I'm thinking within the next week or two, I'm going to make another go of it. I like myself better when I'm at least trying.

Its been six weeks now Keep trying Frank. Some doc told me the average # of attempts before sucess is 15. Man I sure could use a puff about now. ARRRRGGGG. My wife is on 2 months now, and were still not divorced LOL The harder it is pronounces to me the importance of quitting. Sure hope this goes away soon. I wish all ya's the best when you quit again. I dont know, maybe my post count will increase with all this fidgity. BB

Hey, very best wishes with it, BBZ. Thanks for the encouragement, too. I'll make another go of it. At this point, I've learned a few things: The only way to quit, and I've tried nearly every different method ever know, is cold turkey. Every successful ex-smoker I've ever talked to, just quit and walked away. Every unsuccessful ex-smoker (myself included) has tried some prescription, some gimmick, the patch, the "Smoke Away" crap, or some other crazy thing. Next time, I'm going to just slug it out with the Nico-Demon and I think that will truly be the end of it. Right now, I'm still gathering my nerve.
