Technical question

I've got something that just HAS to get posted on this board. It's a drawing I received by e-mail, and I have it saved as a word document and as a .pdf file, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get it posted here! 
Any help would be appreciated.

Sandy, if it's a pdf file, it has to be hosted online somewhere and then linked here on the board. If you can change the file type to .jpeg or .gif or .png, it still has to be hosted somewhere, but you can insert it as an image. (I think).

Like I've said, I am a computer dummy. I know exactly how to do what I have to for my job, how to run my programs, and they are very industry specific - I'm an expert at those. Give me another simple task -
