Damn Japanese Beetles!! The scourge of the South! (Well, besides the Klan and kudzu, I mean...) I even asked them nicely, in their native tongue, to leave my property. They pretended like they didn't understand a word I was saying, and they kept looking panic-stricken and shouting in their tiny voices, "Eigo hanasenai!!" (I don't speak English!) Then I had Mari come out and give them a stern talking to. It still didn't do a damn bit of good! GRPH!!

I'm trying to have a day off - my second since the ninth of April. Gas ran out at the shop so I fixed that, then a girl forgot to come to work and I swung in for an hour just to help with prep. Head office has phoned three times now on matters could easily have waited until morning and during the meanwhile I'm trying to complete my 2005 tax return with a nasty little beastie perched on my shoulder a peck-peck-pecking at my head!
And then along comes Vig.
