I LOVE the rain!!! I'd switch places with you in a minute!!  Here its hot, sticky and oh, HOT!! We actually have been blessed with a few hit and miss showers, but not enough to do a whole lot in the way of the heat!!

there was already a tornado tuchdown in taylor county, west of marathon county, in which my mom works.

No tornado during the drive home....but it sure was a downpour there as I got to the construction....55 MPH trafic that is usually going 65 was at 15 mph due to visibility. Hit the freeway and I was home free but for the 70 MPH wind gusts. That little red puddle jumper of mine doesn't weigh all that much I found out.

Cool! I bet it can be a little disturbing.... But I love the rain, it definitly cools things down a bit. We missed a huge storm the other day, but the power went out for about 6 hours. That was a bummer.

They are a trigger for me too and that is(in my opinion)one of the many reasons he's so freaked when the weather gets bad.
