I'm torn, what's your vote?

A little over a month ago the little bride and I are having a disagreement and alcohol is involoved. She follows me from room to room nipping at my heals wanting to keep it going. I tell her several times to leave me alone. She does not. To make a point she attempts to kick me in the balls three times. On the third attempt I grab her and shove her into a seated position on the couch. She tells me to leave the house and I figure it's probably a good idea. So I leave. As I'm parking at the gas station to use the ATM, less than a mile from home, two squad cars assend on me and ask me my name. After a short conversation, flash light in the eyes and balance test I'm cuffed and taken to jail -- For the weekend. Bottom line. - I have been charged with DUI. Here's the rub -- after I left the house she called the police. She told them the make , model, color and license number of my vehicle and where she thought I was heading. Now I have lost my license for 30 days, restricted for a year, $1,500.00 fine and $500.00 for the attorney. I am having a real difficult time hanging in here. Vote time from my family - Stay or Leave?

| When we were on vacation a young woman asked my wife if it would be ok with her if she kissed my bald head every time she saw me. The wife said yes. The next morning as I'm sitting on the dock minding my own business the young woman plants one on the back of my head. The wife laughs. I say good morning. 10 minutes later all hell breaks loose. Back at home - alcohol and two days later the situation resurfaces. edited because I can't spell worth a crap

Is this a one time occurrence or another in a long list of marital problems? I would never advocate for anyone to give up without giving it every effort...but it takes two to make it work. Hope you find a solution...and next time, call a taxi. Kim

Terribly difficult to assess and provide advise on someone elses relationship. Advise from uninformed third parties can create more problems. If you both think its worth it, the two of you need to find common ground to begin working from. Once common ground is established start talking/working through your differences. From there you both need to decide if/how you want to continue the relationship or move on. It's a decision that only you and your partner can make. Best Wishes Tom

It's very difficult to know when enough is enough. There are so many factors in making this decission, are there children involved? Is it an abusive relationship? physically or mentally. Have all means of working it out been exhausted? My wife and I went through this last year, the only differance is, we don't fight, but that thing that should be between a husband and wife just isn't there. That was definately a shity thing for your wife to do but we all make mistakes and we all need to learn from them, if this crap goes on frequently between you and the little lady, I say get out, but if it was a one time drunken mistake, I say forgive and forget.

btw, calling the cops on a spouse like that is abuse, not tough love. also, calling for an up or down vote without sufficient information isn't fair either. step one... put down the bottle, clear your head and reevaluate... So? How would YOU handle it if some young buck was giving HER a kiss when he saw her? I know I'd be pretty creeped out...

Damn bro. That is just fucked up for her to call the cops like that. I would make her pay the damn ticket, court costs and all that shit. And if a woman ever tried to kick me in the balls, I would bend her over my knee and tan her backside so bad, she wouldn't be able to sit for a week. Now that being said, you too need to sit down and have a long talk about what happened and why. It seems to me that there may be something she is not letting go of, that is causing insecurity and animosity. Two deadly enemies of any good relationship. Air your stuff out with each other and try again. Marriage is about hard work, it's not 50/50, it's whatever it takes to make it work. So hop to and I hope the make-up sex rocks your world.
