Happy Picnic Day to the Aussies among us. So did any of you have a picnic today? Wish we had a picnic day here. Patti

Thanks, Pattik. Saw on the news there were a few good picnics around the place. The nature of my work means I don't (can't) belong to a Union just now but I still support what they've done for workers in the past. Even so, some of the Picnic Days I've seen in the past it's been sheer good luck to have stayed out of jail, though I won't bore you with the details. Cheers and beers to ya, and Happy Hangovers to all me mates, Brian.

| Thanks for the info, Brian. I knew nothing about it's origin, but it sounds like a good excuse to party.

| Well, killing off a few brain cells might give your CH a little less fuel to work with. "Racing Industry"...as in horses, autos, dogs????

Horse racing which, unlike in other countries, wasn't known at the time to be the most honest of industries. But they knew how to party!
