Kudzu specifics?

I'm a Long-time sufferer.......and new to the postings. Greetings all....... I'm wading through the Kudzu postings.....realizing the variables and wondering what's a good start point for Kudzu dosage and administration. I've survived over the years with bedtime Sansert but certainly recognize its toxicity. A viable alternative would be most welcomed! Any positive take on melatonin? Blessings and a speedy recovery to you all!

Welcome! Positive takes on Melatonin and Kudzu. Melatonin worked for me for a long time. I have been taking the Kudzu since February 24, of this year. Have been totally PF for many weeks now. The recommended dosage is listed on the bottle. I take Nature's Way 613 mg. I take 2 capsules 3 times a day. Take the dose as close to the same time every day if possible. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.....and PF vibes, Jean

No problems with kudzu and melatonin at the same time. Like Jean says, be consistent with timing. I don't know about interactions with Sansert, though. Are you taking it now?

Oops.... Thank you, Nani...for asking the important q about the Sansert. I didn't think quick enough before giving my experience. Definitely....check to be sure before combining and mixing any meds. My bad.... Jean
