Things have not gone well here, and it looks like I won't be making it to Dallas even though I already sent my registration fee in and booked the room. I am just now vacating my apartment since I spent my 4th of July week in the hospital and right now am basically homeless (long story.) So I won't be getting my security deposit back - which means no trip to Dallas. 
So for now, I am offline altogether, except for checking it at a friends house. Not doing very well, but holding up the best I can. I am just bummed I have to miss meeting so many newbies and seeing some of the oldies.

Not sure if it is transferable or not, but if you want to go to the convention and use my registration, feel free to do so. Just contact PurpleyDog and let her know you will be taking my spot. The hotel room is booked under my name.
I have a place to stay for now until I get things worked out on this end. Things are tough all over, and just seem to be getting tougher here.
