I was up walking the yard around two, I just stayed up, we left at 8 its only a 30 minute drive. I fished but I didn't catch anything. It had been years since I fished. It didn't matter.
Well we are home ! I had a blast! I had to wear a hat cause of the meds I am on for menopause. If I get in the sun it will spot me up. I had to wear jeans and a hat. But I still had fun. I got to hot, and my feet swelled.
I had taken the golf cart and gone to a spot and was fishing with my friend Bruno a cool Dobie. Anyway they drove the boat over to were I was and got me to go rideing with them. The only boats I have ever been on was the river boat in NY and a row boat. This was new to me. 45 miles a hour through the water. Fred and Buddy were really hitting some wave from other boats. It was hard to stay in the seat. Lord I was worried about losing my teeth but I loved it. Now I want a boat.

Sounds really fun Elaine, glad you had a good day to end the bad night and a pf one too! Rest up those feet and enjoy the memories, hopefully you can do it again too! I hope Buddy is not too burnt, one picture looks like he was going pretty pink!

What a wonderful way to spend the day. Looks like you all had a great time.
BTW - I think the hat's cool! Ya gotta do what ya gotta do to protect yourself from the sun with those meds.

Elaine, do you think I look cool when I go to a boat trip...? I have an orange (!) life jacket for starters, rubber boots and a hat I would not been seen with anywhere else! 
Luckily for me (and the rest of the world) there's NO pictures to prove my point. Believe me, it's better that way.
You know, my mum has a hat like yours. She wears it when she spends some time in the sun.

I forgot to sign out last night on ch.com.
The sun must of been good for me I did not have a cluster last night Plus I am taking Melation (sp) that helps.
I was cool on the boat it was when we got back to the bank that the heat got to me. Next time we go I am wearing a bathing suit so I can jump in and cool down like they did.
Thats not Buddy that was burned that's Fred Buddys best Friend. Fred was red when we got there they were on the lake all day DAY BEFORE. I wasn't believeing he didn't have a shirt on. The girl in the other picture is Carol his wife. Buddys the bald headed guy. Buddy works in the sun so he tans . The top of his head gets burned if he forgets his hat.
Today we are just spending getting over all the fun. My arms hurt from holding on in the boat.
