So not only am I now a farmer..planted my seed  , but we are now under contract for our first house 
If all goes well and as planned we will be closing on August 8th.
Time to breathe and enjoy because this is such a damn whirlwind of emotion!!!
A tadpole growing, a new house, god willing all will work out! 
WHEW!!!!!!!
