help me i cant get on chat

hello all I havent been around for 4 months due to bad health & no putor now I am back on-line and I tried to get to chat room but have forgotten my password I even emailed my screen name and DOB but havent gotten email back with my password please any help with this matter would make my day missed talking to others on here pfdan to all Terry (gore2424)
