The wife and kids are gone for a week so I am home alone, sad state of affairs when the only thing I can think to do is BS with you guys........I guess I could go outside and watch corn grow......I need a life

I love being home alone........take a nice bubble bath, have a cold drink, light some nice smelling candles and just chillout!!! Noone asking for anything.....hmmmm yes  I don't smoke but....

That would be a dream come true for me 
Music playing all the time, hot spicey food for dinner, the whole living room to spread out computers to work on while watching movies that freak my wife out.

Sounds good to me. Just be sure to flush at least once a day; clean up the McDonalds wrappers, take back the videos, and chisel out the microwave before the wife gets home.

Being home alone is great! For the past year, I had my apartment in Philly. I had a roommate, but either she wasn't there, or generally even when we were both there it was quiet.
I miss that!!! I moved home on 5/30.... I like to run on my own schedule!
