I need your help folks!!!!

Here is a PM I got, lets help this Mom help her daughter....thats an order

My first visit to the Message Board!
Our daughter is age 44. First cluster started in 1989 at age 29.
She has moved into chronic cluster stage about 30 days ago. She just moved into a High Altitude city, Denver and a new high stress job. Her cluster occurred almost every night now they come during the day &/or evenning.
We are really concerned. Can anyone suggest how to find the best expert/clinic/hospital in North America?
My daughter has monitored the Message Board for some time, but it does not discuss who's good better or bad!
My daughter spent 30 days in a Chicago clinic and the so called support staff at the hospital had to be on the lowest range of the pay/qualifications scale. Most did not speak legible English and on a couple of occasions almost made serious medication mistakes to my daughter. That 'specialist" can not be classified as good due to her unwillingness/inability to gather a competant staff.
Who, what where can you suggest???

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

All the doc's and staff there are awesome.
They are not an inpatient facility but do work with one if that's what you need.
