Loosing my Mind......... non CH

Depressed, Stressed, Angry and lost. A week part of me showed for a split second but am keeping one nostral above water. Ok that about sums up what I feel like right know.
This is Big and I don't know what to do.......... My words have been turned and flipped and I can't figure out why or where they came up with it. Rumers from staff suck.
I was just doing my job as a supervisor. I am a good person and I just don't understand. 
Ok I am stopping now just venting. Thanks.
Please don't think bad of me I don't know what I would do if I didn't have you all.

Thanks I needed to read and hear that. Stocking up on all of it because I leave for work in 45 min. There I am all alone not knowing who to trust. It will be straight business. I can't even be me and that really hurts. Will still be myself with my residents though.

Remember Sweetie, good people have it rough also... This is a Prayer that I carry in my purse and have it taped to my printer @ work and home...
BE THANKFUL FOR TROUBLE...
Many times God allows obstacles in life to knock us to our knees. If it were not for troubles, trials and tribulations, there would be less Praying. The knee position provides opportunity to know God's will for our lives
Whether our troubles are on the job, in the home or where

Where there are people, there are trials and testings. "In the world [we] shall have tribulations; be of good cheer: I have overcome the world" (John 16:33). Jesus tells us to expect troubles, don't fall apart: rather, fall on our knees.
On the job thank God for the things that go wrong. the difficult people we have to deal with , and the problems and unpleasantness of the working day, It takes intelligence, resourcefulness, patience, tact and courage to meet the troubles on any job, or any situation in life.
God allows troubles to knock us to our knees where we can receive the energy to GET UP, STAND UP AND GO ON.
PS... Trouble is usually produced by
those who don't produce anything else!!!

Well I am doing ok. Kept it strictly buisness but kept myself spread equally among all three courts and all 50 residents. I helped what I could when I could. I did my best. I wasn't weak. Been very quiet but still can't stop being my caring friendly self but watched ever word coming out of my mouth. Thank God for two days off. Need time to relax and regroup. Thank you all dearly for the pep talks I needed that a lot. (typing  ) Even though this wasn't CH related you all continue to be here Thanks. Thank you so very much. Vacation is 6 days away YIPPY...
