Natural Anti inflamatory

I have been trying a natural anti inflammatory to help with reducing my shadows, been on this one for just over a month and had some reasonable relief 70 – 90 %.
I was using an over the counter product previously with fair to reasonable results but it has the draw back of harming the liver with long term use.
I don’t really like using hard prescription drugs and would prefer natural products if they work, you can’t buy Kudzu for love or money over here.
Speaking with my GP, Neurologist and a recommended Naturopath we looked at available natural products and decided on this one and another that I started yesterday and will rotate through these to see what works best. ( I’ll let you know how I go with this next one when I finish the course).

The product certainly hasn’t cured the shadows but has significantly reduced the frequency to the point that I have had a couple of days here and there when I actually felt human again, something I haven’t experienced for a long time.
Two draw backs of this product are that it caused mild diarrhea in the mornings and it does contain selenium, something you don’t want to ingest for a long period of time.

This is an Australian product and available from Natural Health stores, I’m not pushing the product but just letting people know how I got along with it.
I have listed (1) The manufacturer (2) the product name (3) its recommended use, and below the ingredients.
I would like to hear others comments if you have used something similar.

Kind Regards
Barry

Several people have reported that B-vitamins help with clusters, and there is research showing that they help with migraines.

Taurine is one of the ingredients in Red Bull, which some report can abort a cluster.

Glutamine is also interesting - it is one of the major ingredients.  It is considered an excitatory amino acid, but it could dimish glutamate activity.
