I've come to the realization that there are some beers I can drink and some I can't.. Jerome is a home brew hobbiest and founder of Central Waters Brewery before he sold it... I can drink what he brews without attck...(so far)...was out the other night with some friends and the Mud Puppy Porter in a bottle was my demise.... I just don't get it the farther I get into this morph of the beast the farther away I have to get from commercially brewed brews.

I miss a nice a glass of wine in the evenings and a cold beer on a warm day, like today... But, not enough to tempt the beast... Langa

| Sis I do feel for you... least wine has yet to be a trigger...I'm finding that the beast is still morphing ...alcohol on anu form was never a trigger...but I'm finding that certain types of beers are triggering me where just 3 months ago they didn't. Never under estimate the beast!!

As you know, I'm not much of a drinker... But sometimes I do miss cold Bacardi Breezers and simply a glass of ice cold coca-cola diet with lemon and ice cubes... But beer? No thanks for me...

It's dry, red wine that I miss. I still have it occasionally when I'm pretty certain that I'm between cycles, but I pretty much avoid alcohol in the spring and fall.

Not much for alcohol so don't really miss it to much and if I do want anything one glass of wine doesn't inflicted any pain its just two glasses will. (childhood trauma dad was a bad drunk off wiskey to my mom) One usually is all I have anyway. I know I am a light weight. Kim

Brad wouldn't give up the beer last cycle.......he kept thinkin 'one more' would relax him enuff after work that he'd be spared. He'd have a couple later eve after dinner when kickin back watchin some tv......and WHAM SAM......bad bad bad. But he'd do it again the next day......he jus could NOT BELIEVE beer was gonna be a trigger for him. He learned the hard way but it sure took a while......a long while. I was wonderin if there was any brews he mite be able to have......doesn't beer thin your blood......so why doesn't it help ward off attacks ? Wine gives me a MEEEEGRAIN but I get such a good buzz goin on first......can't get there on beer like I can on wine. But......I can't handle the BIG HEAD problem. Have heard it is the sugar content but I dunno what it is. Burpin fool Pam
