Well much as I agree with Nani that they all look like those shar pei dogs these days I will defend their right to rock til they drop! As long as people want to see them and they are happy to keep belting them out then bloody good luck to them.
Damned if I'm not going to grow old disgracefully too!  (But I hope I look better than THAT!)

It has always been my wish that when I die, I hope that some kid in the audience gasps in horror because my lifeless body crushed one of my vintage guitars when I fell on it.

Bethany, I think that it's great that you are doing this for your mom. Whatever seats you get, I'm sure you won't have any trouble hearing the show. I think that it's kind of interesting that jazz and blues artists (like B.B.King) can tour and perform until they have one foot in the grave, and they get nothing but respect. But not so for the rockers. Maybe it's the humor in seeing guys in their 60's still able to do the moves

LOL Patti! It's true. I have no problem with aging rockers...I saw Neil Young last year and he looks really old. It's aging rockers who strut around like they're in their 20s that chaps my ass. I mean EEEWWW...Mick wasn't even that cute in 1970...

As much as I like them... uh, it was weak, really weak.
and it's been 25 years of no more good music from them.
Granted they were great! (Gimme Shelter, Paint it Black, Sympathy for the Devil, Honky Tonk Woman, 19th Nervous Breakdown) and they had one hell of a heyday, but it's LOOOOOOONG gone.
