headaches during or after excercise

i have finally figured out with the help of my doctor that i get cluster headaches. i have been getting them for about 12 years now. sometimes i get headaches during the day. not near as bad as a cluster. anyway, i was just wondering if anyone else gets headaches when they are excercising, or working out. sometimes i even get them just from working in the yard on a hot day. let me know. thanks.

Sounds like border line dehydration accompanied by heat exhaustion, and not related to CH..Of course I am not a doctor, and you should seek professional advice from a physcian...

Anything can trigger CH if thats what you have, no two people are exactly alike when it comes to triggers. What triggers you may be helpful to someone else.

i get the cluster headaches in the middel of the night. these headaches during excercise or getting too hot are during the day. today for example, i took a walk during my lunch break because it is so nice out side. i didn't work up a sweat or anything but did walk for about forty minutes. a few minutes after i got back i got a headache. i did see somewhere on this site that drinking water every hour reduces clusters, maybe it will help with those and these headaches. DOES THE DRINKING WATER EVERY HALF HOUR ALL DAY REALLY HELP WITH CH?????

Chugging water does help some folks, but like I said....nothing and I mean NOTHING works for everyone.
You get a 40 min walk at lunch?......Damn!, I work for myself and dont get that....good for you!

I get minor headaches when I do stuff and work out.....blood pressure thing maybe.......blood pressure change goin on with exercise maybe too. There not bad ones but annoying.....sumtimes they are bad breifly then let up when lifting sumthin or doin alot. I can bend over and get a slight one. I don't have ch.....supporter tho. What 'Canton' are you from......we have a canton in Ohio. Pain in the vein Pam
