Vibes/Prayers needed for my Nana

Hi all,
Sorry to add one more to the list of prayers, vibes, etc, but my Nana could really use our positive thoughts right now.
She's 82 and just got diagnosed with walking pneumonia. The doctor has a standing order for her to be hospitalized if she needs it. She really can't breathe, and she's spending the time in bed right now. My mom told me tonight, and I didn't have the chance to call to Florida to see how she was doing. I will call them tomorrow.
Apparently both my grandparents (my grandfather is 83), just had a couple of comprehensive work-ups done (costing them each $179 - I have no idea what the tests were) - but my Nana's came up with some sort of coronary blockage and she's scheduled for an Echo - but my mom did not know the details. My Pappy's came up with something having to do with increased risk of stroke, which I'm thinking may have been a measure of his C-Reactive Protein, but I'm not sure until I talk to them more.
I'm headed to Florida in a little over a month, and I've really been looking forward to spending time with them, but I also want them to be able to relax and maybe I can do some things while I'm there to help take care of them.
So if you could keep my grandparents (and especially my Nana) in your thoughts right now, it would be greatly appreciated..
