How did I know THIS was gonna happen? Anyone else want to throw some rocks? I mean, come on - there are 6 more BOD members and 2 more officers to pick off!
Billy, I'm sorry you are leaving, but as with the others, I don't blame you. Thanks for trying and good luck with whatever path you choose in the future.

I can't speak for Billy himself, but I think that Billy's resignation comes from more than just external rock throwing. We don't SEE everything. There are things we don't know about, and sometimes those things are what can lead to a person's resignation as well - their personal feelings - discussions behind closed doors, etc.
I won't get into the whole "keeping it in the open" bit, but I know Billy has been a big advocate for that. I'm sure we can't blame his entire resignation (until he corrects me) on simply external rock throwers.
Billy...please do correct me if I'm out of line with what I wrote here..

Ozzy will resign when the "special" election is held. One of the BOD seats up for vote is his seat.

You know, it just occurred to me that at the same time I've been calling for an end to the fighting, I've been stirring up the pot. It just goes to show that even the best of intentions can go too far.

Hey Mike,
That took a lot of guts and insight to say. I know I've stirred the pot some here and there (though I hope that was more several weeks ago and not so much in the past couple of days - at least I've tried not to!)
I just wanted to say that your post is very insightful and I imagine appreciated by all. One more way to smooth things over and I think things will settle...given time and patience by everyone.
Not sure if this makes any sense - I just woke up from a nap and I have to take a final quiz..so I'm trying to clear my head and also think about this at the same time! hehe
