While I don't agree with the way she has worded her statement, I don't think I would want to restrict her ability to make a statement.
If the market doesn't agree with her strongly enough, they won't go to her movies, and she will possibly question whether her role as an actress should place her in a position of making social and political statements on the level that she has.
If they agree with her strongly enough she will be the next Senatorial candidate from NY or U.N. envoy to some faraway land.

Well, perhaps she should move to Saudi Arabia and try to make a living there as an actress. These type of people make me sick, Johnny Dep included. They rake in all the fucking cash they can from AMERICANS and then, like Mr. Dep, move to France and bad mouth the only country that they could have made that much money by pretending to be some one that they aren't.

They not "who he is" remark is meant to refer to what these people do for a living, they pretend to be people and make an ass-load of money for it. And if some one said something like that to me, I would notice the blank stare behind their dead eyes and realize that the only capacity they use their brain for is to breathe and keep their heart beating. And would no longer engage that person in conversation, since they are obviously in a PVS condition and according to most of you, should be starved to death.

Sadly probably not, Margi, seeing as a lot of them probably don't even know what I'm talking about. Unlike our liberal class here where I live, instead of thinking that I am intellectually superior to the lowly common citizen, I know I am far more intelligent than our ruling class or the hollywood celeb types, because I am actually capable of being successful in the private sector, relying soley on my brain and unsurpassed charm.
edit to add, a brain which btw was once considered "dead" and irrepairable.

"Whatever" used in this context is meant to connote that any attempt at reasonable argument is futile and useless. That intended recipient of "whatever" can maintain their bitter position and let the world go on around them. That intended recipient can go on believing that everything the U.S. GovCo does on this planet is "nice" and in the best interests of the poor inhabitants of these poor nations. And deliverer of "whatever" doesn't see the point in trying to blather away any further, wasting valuable time arguing for the sake of arguing. Right now (but maybe later).
