Hi - this is really Lizzie typing. I'm writing this email for my boyfriend Dave, who is sitting right behind me. Even though this is HIS first post, I just want to take this time to say what an amazing supporter he is for me. He's never witnessed a CH attack, and I hope he never has to. However, tonight I was beyond depressed (because I ran into a neuro resident friend in the ER who told me that they've pretty much run out of anything new to try for me), and Dave actually drove about 40 minutes from our hometown to be with me tonight. I hate being a baby and having to ask for support, but there are times when we really need it. So for that, I'm really thankful for Dave. I'm sure he'll post as he becomes less shy...but let's give a welcome...and a thanks. Especially a big thanks because he takes some of my venting instead of me releasing endlessly long posts about how many things are going wrong in my life (have we noticed those have slowed down lately??? LMAO) Hugz, Lizzie (oh yeah...and the rest of the posts from this address will be by Dave - maybe he'll make the next one LOL) - unless I pull a Woobie/Ramon, I'll be solely posting from Lizzie2 as usual! Just had to get him started posting cuz he's shy.

Warm welcome, Dave! Don't be shy, we're pretty decent bunch in here! Thanks for being such a good supporter to our girl Lizzie! I'm yet to find someone who would drive even a mile to be with me when I need him, so I was impressed. Keep on doing the good work. Best wishes, Sandie p.s. Lizzie, don't worry about venting in here, too. That's why we're here!

Welcome aboard Dave! It' so heartwarming to know that Lizzie is safe and caring hands. A good supporter is a very important part of dealing with the beast. Big hugs to you Lizzie, and to you too Dave.

Welcome to the Family Dave... I admire all supporters...it is not an easy thing to do and it takes a special person to be a supporter to a clusterheadache sufferer...but then our Lizzie is very special too... Glad to meet cha! Oh, by the way, since we're family now - GIMME MONEY! Langa

OKOK So Dave's really not all that shy <g> He had been reserved about joining CH.com because he didn't want to intrude on my own world, but I thought maybe it would be good to at least experience a part of the madness! He was the greatest ever coming down here last night. I was feeling more hopeless and depressed than I have in a very long time. I didn't even know how I was going to make it through one more night without losing my mind. And he was here. He can't sign onto this site from work or anything, so he probably hasnt' seen these messages yet, but he sent me the sweetest email from work this morning. I'm really lucky....for once in my life...the best thing in the world (and the most important thing in the world) has happened to me. Ok...now I'm going to go cry cuz I'm a sap. LOL Love you Dave, Carrie/Lizzie2

Hi Dave... God Bless you for being there for Lizzie... It's okay to BE shy, as long as you BE there for her.. Wrestling with the Beast is horrible, wrestling with it alone is beyond words (I've been there, done that).. Peace & Blessings Lady Luv

Hey all, Thanks for the welcoming party I'm not really all that shy...like Carrie said, I was just worried about intruding on her space, but since she pretty much signed me up, I might as well join in the fun. I look forward to getting to know more about you all, but right now I need a nap! buh bye, Dave
