The ultimate response to a Dear John letter...You gotta love a man like this!!!!

A Marine was deployed to Afghanistan. While he was there he received a letter from his girlfriend. In the letter she explained that she had slept with two guys while he had been gone and she wanted to break up with him.

AND, she wanted pictures of herself back.

So the Marine went around to his buddies and collected all the unwanted photos of women he could find. He then mailed about 25 pictures of women (with clothes and without) to his girlfriend with the following note: "I don't remember which one you are. Please remove your picture and send the rest back."

NOW THERE IS A REAL MARINE.

That story is from WW II about a sailor. You can find it in the 1949 Fun Fare compilation of jokes and stories issued by Reader's Digest (A Treasury of Reader's Digest Wit and Humor). It's on page 195.

Still a good story. RD jokes get recycled all the time.

That is a good one.crackup

She deserved that one.  So many times we see that here at Ft. Riley.  Soldiers go and wives have boyfriends and then husbands back, but a lot of the times they act like it never happened when the spouse is back.  Then they want to know if and when they will deploy again. Roll Eyes

Don't worry, Minnie. I can recall lots of quotes from Will & Grace... and I can tell from which episode they're from... and I can tell from what episode the pics shown during the W&G's title song are taken...
I need a life, too... Wink
