melatonin / vitamin b

I recently posted a message talking about some success I am having with melatonin & vitamin B. I usually get clusters for 4 weeks - I am at the end of my 5th week and the "shadows" are still around. When people have success with melatonin, did it just delay the cycle? Should I be concerned that once I stop taking melatonin, my "real" 4 week cycle will begin????? Just hoping to get some feedback from people that have had success with melatonin.... thank you! Scott

I don't think melatonin extends a cycle - it might 'delay' it if one takes too little for too short a time, and then stops. Melatonin is best when taken at the first warning signs of a cycle (if you have warning signs). Most clusterheads have low melatonin production, not just when they are in cycle.
