1am and a wake up call.

12am knock knock the beast is at the door. Whimper and whining every zap. Just as I think it is over and start to doze off Zap again. Woke up the hubby who has moved out to the couch. Begged him to return to bed and I would get up so that he may sleep unfortunatly now he can't sleep and neither can I. Feeling like a bad wife now. I should have gotten up after the first few zaps.
Took Melatonin and just waiting for it to kick in and hope that I may sleep without these Zaps. Been sleepy all day had I known this was going to happen I would have taken a nap instead of forcing myself to staying awake.
Here I go again whining. Just trying to keep the mind busy as much as possible.

 Oh Kim I'm sorry, its miserable enough getting woken up yourself without the self-inflicted guilt trip of waking your hubby up too...no wonder you're feeling blue!
Don't beat yourself up over it, I hope you managed to get back to sleep too

Hello everyone. Got a few more hours sleep. Melatonin helped do the trick. The hubby went back to bed shortly after me around 2am. He is still snoozing thank goodness.
