Good...I would get a jump start on it. Don't wait to use kudzu as an abortive. It seems to have more success as a prevent. And since this is NOT an episode, it should relieve the shadows a great deal. Good luck.

Shadows have been making me a cranky little bitch these last two months.
The skull has been pretty clear this last week. Been taking 2 or 3 Kudzus daily this last week as well. I dunno.

If I were you, Frank, I wouldn't max out the dosage right away. 25 days into it, I'm still only taking 2 per day (1500 mgs) I figure I'll wait in case I have to add more later. My first week I was able to get relief from only 750mgs/day. I'm optimistic for you...
edited to add: if your "shadow" is coming at a regular time, try a dose about an hour before.

Yes, Frank. One tablet ( of our brand) is 750 mgs. The bottle says we can take 6 tablets a day (4500 mgs). For now, I consider one tab to be one dose. I take 2 per day.
OK...I just had my son read the bottle to me (I have got to get some reading glasses) I was wrong. One serving is 2 tablets...one serving is 750 mgs. So max per day would be 2250 mgs. Wow...I'm only taking 750 mgs a day then...
