Some relief

I had a chat yesterday with a person who has these headaches and he told me to pinch the bridge of my nose where it meets the skull and apply as much pressure as I could. Last night when the BEAST arrived, I tried it! Within seconds the pain subsided to a tolerable level and after holding the pressure on my nose for about 10 minutes, the BEAST went away! Of course this will not prevent it from returning tonight but now I can at least meet it head on. If anyone else tries this, let me know how it worked for you.

If this thing works for you, great. I have to wonder if your headaches are really clusters though. Believe me, I'm sure everyone here has tried this. In any case stick around and let us know how things are going.
