Directed by Darren Aronofsky, he also did a movie called Requiem for a Dream, equally if not more brilliant movie but watch only if you want to be thoroughly depressed.

| And it cannot be expressed as a ratio of two numbers, that makes it irrational, too. I guess its false advertising - only a slice of pi.

| er.... The end of the movie! Interestingly enough, I was shadowing last night, and shadowed again for a couple of hours, this morning. Fortunately, neither of them amounted to anything more than a Kip 2. PFDAN's, bro'

I was in an engineering meeting and someone said, "Pi R squared." Some goofball piped up, "No!! Pie are ROUND!!" It was awhile before anyone got back to the calculations at hand. LOL

Just in case any math student is reading this thread, LOL: An infinite number is larger than any arbitrarily large value you care to name. - pi has a limited value, 3.141591 < pi < 3.041592, and therefore it is finite. An irrational number is not expressible as the quotient of two integers. An transcendental number is any irrational number that is not an algebraic number (not expressable by a finite string of rational numbers and elementary operators). Or in other words, is not the root of a polynomial with integer coefficients. pi is a transcendental number (and that includes it is also irrational).
