What are your Pre-trial predictions guilty or not guilty?

He will probably get off with some sort of insanity plea. That yes he did "something" but that he is not in his right mind and does not undersatnd the world as the rest of us do because of how he grew up and such and it will get him off or if guilty that he will end up in a psych hospital.

It really is important that we not forget that.
There's no doubt he's a freak.
There's no doubt that he suffers from at least a few psyche problems.
The jury won't know until it hears the evidence whether or not there's any doubt about whether he's a child molester. (I'm glad I am not on that jury)
I'm not sure whether an insanity plea could be used in this kind of case.
Most of all....what I'd like to see is the parents of the children who were left with him (after 1993's initial allegation) prosecuted. What in God's name were they thinking?

I'm sure there were more than these victems that came forward. Money more than likely played a role in not hearing about it. All I know is if he ever did something to one of my kids there would'nt be a trial. Money can't cure that pain, it'll be there forever.
